Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from our partner warehouses in Hong Kong, Europe, and the U.S. via trusted carriers such as FedEx, USPS, DHL, and DPD.

If stock is unavailable in your closest warehouse, we may ship from another location — shipping times below account for this.

 


 

Where We Ship

We proudly ship to over 200 countries worldwide.

If for any reason we cannot deliver to your location, our team will contact you directly to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

 


 

Order Processing

 

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

 


 

Estimated Delivery Times

 

Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance delays:

 

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 6–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–14 business days

  • Central & South America, Asia, Africa: 8–14 business days

 

Note: Business days and Monday-Friday.

Lost or Missing Packages

 

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If the mistake is ours, we will resend your order at no additional cost.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier — we cannot refund or replace orders that show as delivered.

 


 

Wrong Address Policy

 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept, we can:

 

  • Reship the order for an additional shipping fee, or

  • Refund the item price minus original shipping and a $10 handling fee.

 

 


 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1–5 business days for tracking information to update.

In some cases (e.g., certain free shipping methods), tracking may not be available.

 


 

Multiple Shipments

 

To ensure faster delivery, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This will not affect your shipping costs.
