Returns & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes your order isn’t quite right and that’s okay. At Formi, we’ve made returns simple, flexible, and stress free. We are happy to accept returns for online orders within 30 days of receiving your item following our policies.
Please note: We are unable to accept returns on the basis of change of mind, delayed delivery within our standard shipping timeframe, or items no longer being needed. Returns are only accepted where items are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
Good to know: Our customer care team are also trained Size Specialists. If you need any style, fit, or sizing advice before returning your items, feel free to reach out – we're here to help!
Note, some our products are classed as intimate shapewear and apparel, strict hygiene rules apply. We generally recommend size exchanges or store credit to ensure all customers receive brand-new, sanitary products.
Damaged/ Faulty Items
If you receive an item in a damaged, defective or faulty condition, please contact us within 5 days of delivery including clear photos of:

The defect/fault.

The Packaging.

The Shipping Label/SKU & Order Number
Once approved, a refund can be made or a replacement will be shipped for the same item and size (based on availability). Reports made after 5 days or without required images may not qualify for replacement.
❄️ The Winter Donation Initiative (Recommended)
Save time, save on shipping costs, and support your community.
Returns can be costly and slow due to international shipping logistics. Over the winter season, we offer a Donation Exchange Program to make things easier for you.
If you have ordered the wrong size or style, you can avoid paying return shipping fees by donating your unworn items to a local homeless shelter, women’s charity, or a local charity of your choice.

Donate the item locally.

Email us a photo of the donation receipt or proof of donation.

We will immediately process a free reshipment of your new size or issue Store Credit for the full amount.
This option is the fastest way to resolve a sizing issue.
Conditions of Return
If you choose to return the item, it must meet the following conditions on examination. If these are not met, the return will be rejected and a refund will not be issued:

The item is returned in its original packaging & condition: new, unworn, and unwashed with tags attached.

Hygiene: Due to the intimate nature of shapewear and leggings, if the item appears to have been worn directly against the skin, is soiled, or impacted by odors/products, it will be considered a hygiene risk and rejected.

The item is not damaged in any way.

You have included your order information within the parcel.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns and refunds for:

Items that have been worn, washed, or have had tags removed.

Items that appear to have been tried on without underwear.

Gift Cards.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
Returns Information by Region
UK & EU Customers
In accordance with UK/EU Consumer Rights.
To request a return, please contact our support team.

Exchanges: You may request an exchange for an alternative size which will be sent out to you at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Refunds: You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our designated returns hub.

We strongly recommend utilizing our Winter Donation Initiative to avoid return postage costs and delay.
USA & International Customers
To request a return, please contact our support team.

Exchanges/Store Credit: We are happy to offer a free reshipment for size exchanges or store credit. We strongly recommend the Winter Donation Initiative to facilitate this immediately without shipping the item back.

Refunds: If you prefer a refund, you must return the item to our international warehouse at your own cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Shipping Instructions

Do not send items back to the address on the package. This is often a logistics distribution center that cannot process returns. You must contact us for the correct returns address.

We recommend posting at a location that can provide a proof of postage receipt and tracking. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please include your order number, name, and reason for return on a piece of paper inside the package.
Processing Times for Returns
Our aim is to process returns as quickly as possible.

Donation Method: Processed within 48 hours of receiving proof of donation.

Physical Returns: Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed.

Refunds: Please allow up to 5 days for refunds (if applicable) to appear on your original payment method.
Reduced Refund & Cancellation
We will always refund the original payment amount for all items meeting the statutory refund criteria.

Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.

If you are paying in a currency other than our store's default currency, exchange rates can fluctuate between the time of purchase and refund.
